Role & responsibilities
- Must have 5-8 years of Customer Service experience in Travel Domain
- Exceptional Customer Handling skills
- Must have a proven Track Record of resolving queries from irate Customers
- Must own the responsibility of providing World Class Customer Service experience to our Customers
- Team handling experience is a must.
Preferred candidate profile
