Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality service to large international merchants, including big banks.
- Handle critical incident management and escalate issues to resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence by identifying and resolving opportunities or issues.
- Lead and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for service delivery, providing best-in-class support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, processes, and tools for service delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in service delivery/customer support within payments, financial services, or similar industries.
- Strong client-handling experience, particularly with international merchants and big banks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills. International experience is mandatory.
