React.js Developer - Javascript (4-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performing, and responsive web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and other developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive web applications using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

- Work with HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS, and JavaScript to create robust and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Leverage experience in mobile development, utilizing either native or web-to-native tooling and frameworks.

- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs effectively.

- Apply principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to application development.

- Ensure high-quality delivery through Continuous Delivery (Compile, Build, Package, Deploy) pipelines.

- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and test automation, including regression, functional, and integration tests.

- Perform debugging and profiling to optimize application performance.

- Utilize software configuration management and version control tools effectively.

- Participate actively in grooming and planning sessions to ensure clear and actionable acceptance criteria for user stories.

- Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and product owners during the development of user stories, providing valuable input.

- Contribute to the agile/scrum process, meeting sprint commitments and supporting continuous improvement.

- Maintain traceability of testing activities and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in React.js development and JavaScript frameworks.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS, and responsive design principles.

- Hands-on experience with mobile development using native or web-to-native frameworks.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and practical implementation.

- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Familiarity with tools and practices related to Continuous Delivery, testing, debugging, and profiling.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and test automation techniques.

- Proficient in using version control systems (i.e., Git).

- Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile/scrum environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to UI/UX design principles and best practices.

- Experience in handling performance optimizations and profiling tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools
