Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong technical expertise in building scalable microservices and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead a development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and provide mentorship to team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring application scalability and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development.

- Strong technical knowledge in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural principles.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a development team.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
