Job Description

Training and Learning:

Participate in training sessions to understand ERPNext architecture, modules, and development practices.
Study and learn programming languages and technologies used in ERPNext, including Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Development Support:
Assist in the development and customization of ERPNext modules under the guidance of senior developers.\
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Support the integration of ERPNext with other systems.
Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting:
Help identify and fix bugs in ERPNext applications.
Perform initial testing to ensure the functionality and stability of the system.
Documentation:
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed features and customizations.
Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes learned during training.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the development team and functional consultants to understand project requirements and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative development activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Basic understanding of programming concepts and web technologies (Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Familiarity with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of ERP systems is advantageous but not required.
Experience:
Relevant internships or academic projects in software development are beneficial but not required.
Experience with ERP systems or open-source projects is a plus.
