Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and managing cash flow. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable Operations: Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices, credit notes, and other related documents.

- Cash Flow Management: Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure timely collection of receivables.

- Credit Control: Implement and maintain effective credit control measures to minimize bad debts.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aged debt reports and cash flow forecasts.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and

company policies.

- Process Improvement: Proactively share inputs on process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Team Management: Good to have team handling experience to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: CA Inter pass out candidates preferred/ Post Graduates or Graduates in Commerce and Accounts can also be considered provided they have good work experience.

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role is preferred.

- Skills: Zoho, Tally, expert in Accounting and GST with hands on experience, knowledge of SCM process and Inventory process.

- Preference: Should have worked in a product company, preferably from manufacturing or trading background, comfortable with 6 days working during peak season, Looking for immediate joiner.
