Services Marketing: As services marketing the job refers to a marketing position where you focus on marketing (through various vehicles) the range of services, offered by TD-SYNNEX which includes but not limited to implementation services, managed services, consulting services, support services education services across multiple High-Growth technologies and Product Portfolios to our clients. The target clients/customers being served through our Channel partners/eco-system.
Responsibilities
The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to develop and implement a services focused marketing strategy for APJ including Digital Marketing
The Marketing Specialist will manage the offered Services portfolio across APJ including online mediums such as social media channels, planning regular content to engage with existing and new audiences and deliver marketing and communication strategies across these mediums
Working across multiple areas of the business locally, regionally and globally to adhere to corporate branding guidelines
Working across Internal and partner stake holders including multiple tools/platforms to communicate, create awareness and help build the Services business, including supporting Sales to help build net new opportunities and funnel
Independently lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns with business partners and agencies, with minimal supervision
Own the execution of the Companys-Lead Demand-Gen Campaigns
Work through the RoI model to ensure the impact of marketing to help drive business outcomes
Track conversion rates and make improvements
Work closely with the APJ marketing team to identify services focused communication topics, build a central schedule and drive initiatives to help drive awareness and opportunities
Continuous improvement - consistently looking at better ways to service our customers through the partner eco-system ; through regular communications and connects
Review new services offerings and keep the company at the forefront of developments in marketing
Overseeing the social media strategy from a Services stand-point
Coordinating for relevant content to internal/external publication deadlines and specifications
Regular updates to digital marketing platforms including localizing content as required
Analyzing the performance of digital platform and social media channels including like LinkedIn and Twitter
Support on Email marketing - template design, content facilitation, effectiveness and measurement
Manage the internal Services Web-portal with updated content
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Services Solutions Marketing Role - Knowledge of selling solutions and/or services
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferably Masters), or its equivalent
Min 6 + years relevant experience
IT Industry preferred only, experienced in fast-paced environment
Channels Marketing driven
Exposure to creativity marketing events
Exposure to Digital Marketing experience would be an advantage
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Experience in working with sales environment
Understanding of the Distribution Business Model
Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies
Exposed to IT solutions and / or services marketing in a channels ecosystem environment
Good written and communication skill
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Capable of building strong network with suppliers, customers and internal sales team and capitalize on the network to build organization presence
Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis
Experience in handling channels marketing/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage
