Branch Manager (Direct-To-Consumer (D2C))

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Development (D2C): Manage and develop a robust direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel network to promote English Browne FMCG products, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
• Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Unit Sales Officers through training, guidance, and motivational strategies to optimize their performance and achieve revenue goals.
• Coaching: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and deliver tailored training to ensure continuous improvement. Support high performers and uplift average performers.
• Recruitment: Recruit, train, and develop quality sales officers. Promote long-term career opportunities and guide them through structured onboarding and training programs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Analyze customer needs and ensure exceptional service that leads to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales or team management (preferably in life Insurance).
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
