Software Engineer - Full Stack Technologies (3-5 yrs)

Role - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-stack ReactJS Developer & Node JS with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the ReactJS library. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, UI/UX principles, and be well-versed in building scalable and responsive web applications.

Mandatory Skills - ReactJS , Node JS, mongo DB. Redux

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate design concepts into high-quality and efficient code.

- Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS and other modern front-end technologies.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in ReactJS and front-end development.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.

- Work closely with the product management team to understand and refine project requirements.

- Should be well verse with Mono Repo & Microfrontend Architecture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and Babel.

- Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering and GraphQL.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
