ESG (Environmental Social & Governance)

Roles and Responsibilities

1- Drafting , reviewing of Policies, Process, Procedures and Guideline necessary for implementing ESG initiative and achieving ESG goals

2- Updating above in line with changes in laws, regulations and corporate directives

3- Supports the Management in driving the education, communication and implementation of the ESG management system across the company including conceptualising and conducting various training programs for different stakeholders

4- Support business and operation teams in handling ESG related a matter/audit from customer / auditor

5- Support in any external reporting requirements like BRSR and its assurance and/or impact assessment exercises

6- Help in improvement of ESG related ratings carried out by any external rating agency

7- Develop EHS related management system in line with applicable standards and guidelines;

8- Support in drafting and vetting ESG related terms and conditions in contracts with any third party,

9- Implement , monitor review the EHS management system, plans and safe work Procedures in coordination with operational site, warehouse, Hubs and offices

10- Implement , monitor review the OSHA management system, plans and safe work Procedures in coordination with operational site, warehouse, Hubs and offices

11- Ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are in place , review in co-ordination with BCP

12- Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carries out analysis of statistics and suggesting improvement plan to avoid them (CAPA)

13- Help Internal audit team in conducting EHS/OSHA Operational Audits, analyse findings to ensure the quality of implementation for the EHS management system including helping in developing checklist

Desired Candidate Profile

The incumbent is responsible for mentoring , spearheading and coordinating ESG related activities. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing, organizational-wide ESG /EHS/OSHA management system across business units
