Environmental Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Masters degree in environmental or civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license or Project Management or Chartered Engineering (CEng) preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience with people management experience.

Supporting Employees Career Journey:

• Communicate, integrate, connect, and engage with team members.
• Actively participate in team members career paths, including identifying and completing

appropriate training, achieving professional registration/certification, and assigning

challenging projects

Performance Management:

• Conduct timely and authentic annual performance appraisals, coordinating with technical mentors, project managers, TDMs, and others

Intellectual Property and Community of Practice:

• Leverage and apply intellectual property, especially regarding Community of

Practice participation.

• Participate in CoP and encourage team for active participation
