Position Name: - Tax Accountant

Experience Range: - Minimum 06-10 years experience in Finance of Power Transformer.
Qualification: - M.Com/MBA

Location: Karjan, Vadodara
Industry Type: The person should be Power Transformer Industry. A local person would be preferred.

Salary Range- As per Industry Salary Standard


Job Responsibilities:

• Learn about domestic and foreign tax policies and preferential policies, organize to set up tax balance plans, and organize to carry out tax planning.
• Organize to deal with all of the companys taxation works, organize to calculate the VAT, surtax and other taxes to be paid.
• Coordinate with tax authorities for work relationships, and accept external oversight.
• Handling overall taxation and accounts for the company.
• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company tax returns for direct and indirect taxes with accurate, timely filing. Handling and attending the assessments, appeals, litigations, etc. at various stages for direct & indirect taxes throughout India.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures with ensuring complying tax issues.
• Coordination with another department in order to comply with the smooth going doing of business, customer recitation, vendor management, etc.
• Support to monthly closing activity.
• Ensure compliance in internal / External Audits.
• Various other related tasks and reporting, assisting and guiding team, etc.
• Master the latest theories and methods of Finance Management & Accounting
• Be familiar with the development trends of this industry
• Be familiar with the relevant laws, regulations, and policies of this industry, and have in-depth research
• Be familiar with the international and domestic operation ways of this industry
• Master office software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.) or the basic operation of professional software required for positions
• Understand network foundation knowledge
• Have the ability to issue related business reports
• Be skillful in using the writing skills involved in this position and the language is concise and clear
