Position Overview:
The Real Estate Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting on financial performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate.
• 1+ years of experience in real estate project management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience: 1+ years.
• 6 days working.
• Shift Timing: 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Salary Range: 2.4 LPA 3 LPA (Negotiable)
