Job Title: Sales Head/Manager Plot Sales (Nagpur and Surroundings)

Position Type: Full-time


Job Description:

SDPL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head/Manager for plot sales in the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in selling plots, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals. The candidate should be committed to a sales-oriented role, capable of leading a team, and ensuring successful sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive plot sales in Nagpur and nearby locations.
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential customers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Generate sales leads and build a robust pipeline for consistent sales growth.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to sales team members.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, target achievement, and market conditions to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement and ensure high satisfaction levels throughout the sales process.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on plot sales, within the Nagpur market.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and customer demographics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to achieving results.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel within Nagpur and nearby locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
