Title: Customer Service - Voice

Job Location : Noida, Sector 144

Experience Required : Freshers with excellent communication skills

Salary : As per Market standard

Work Mode : Work from Office

Candidates with Inbound International Voice Customer service experience may only apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
• Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
• Take calls from providers/callers.
• Escalates calls to supervisor when transaction closing is delayed, or transaction exceeds contract processing schedule.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
• Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduates
• Excellent Communication (both verbal & written).
• Expertise in customer handling.
• Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
