Consultant - Accounts Receivables

Responsibility and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: -

• To ensure the smoot functioning of revenue assurance & reconciliation process by meeting all the outcomes as per the agreed terms and act as single point of contact for any matter related to revenue assurance & reconciliation
• Internal & external interaction on reconciliation resolution process
• Daily SLA monitoring
• Create reconciliation process & manage changes with addition of new channels
• Manage the data preparation process for analytics & decision support
• Build automated dashboards for auditors & management
• Drive clear accountability for reconciliation process performance and helps make sure efficiency gains are maintained over time
• Developing SOPs and controls for Finance functions at the Store

Detailed activities

• Execute to reconciliation & revenue assurance process in reconciliation system
• Manage relationship with multiple internal & external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters
• Act as single point of contact for all matters related to revenue assurance & reconciliation within the organization
• Develop deep expertise in reconciliation system
• Effectively allocate work to other departments & stores depending on factors such as data mismatch & drive resolution to perform reconciliation on time
• Work closely with departments, stores, warehouses, auditors, external agencies, banks to ensure accuracy & efficiency in reconciliation & revenue assurance process
• Manage the reconciliation data interface between source & destination data
• Manage the building of comparison logic between data sets
• Manage the workflow process for exception resolution on time & assigning users for resolution along with SLA tracking & reporting

Qualification:

• CA Inter with 1-2 years of experience
• M.Com/MBA with 3-4 years of experience
