Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural models using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Create detailed drawings and designs for various projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential building design.
- Develop site plans, elevations, sections, and details for high-rise buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, PowerPoint; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices; ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
- 8-20 years of experience in architecture or related field (Architectural Degree / Diploma required).
