Lead - Process (for semiconductor plant construction project)

Objective - Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables for Projects, process engineering planning & scheduling, preparation of progress reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Process team work on license or module projects,
• Participation in the development of Process Books in designing the equipment and preparing the specifications for Vessels, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers and Heaters)
• Develop thermal rating of heat exchange equipment (heat exchangers and air coolers),
• Train Process Engineers and develop coaching/trainings for them,
• Coordinate the activities with other departments (Drafting, Engineering, Project),
• Projects follow-up with D.E.C / E.P.C including engineering documents review,
• Participate in client meetings (PFD and P&ID review, HAZOP, SIL Review, 3D model Review, etc.).
• Opportunity to participate in start-up of units on special assignments with the Technical Service Department

Preferred candidate profile

10-15 years of relevant experience

EPC experience is a must

On site process implementation experience is must
