Assistant Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for OEM portal management, Internal Purchase Order management, material price updates to be done at defined intervals for global KAMs.
• Working in co-ordination with other region colleagues and providing them regular updates on the day to day progress.
• Handling Sales and Program related MIS, document management systems etc
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Responsible for setting up MACROS/ VBA / Power BI / Python and creating templates needed for data input and classification.
• Must poses knowledge and experience of handling Sales related tools, process templates and Sales KPIs.
• Ability to work as part of a team .

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Processes / Sales Back end activities .
• Graduation in Engineering / Commerce is preferred, MBA added advantage.
• Strong Expertise in MS Office tools esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint .
• Prior experience on IT tools incl. SAP, Simplicity application etc.
• MACROS/ VBA / Power BI / Python experience preferred.
• Ability to work independent and self-sufficient on task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
