About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Sales to manage sales for RX Indias diverse portfolio of exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and management, along with a proactive and resolute attitude. It is crucial for excelling in this position to foster enduring connections with clients and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Selling a portfolio of the organizations and/or third-party event/exhibit space.
  • Selling booth/floor space, sponsorships, directory advertisements.
  • Selling other ancillary media Works with territory/account, product/services or sales process with limited complexity.
  • Should have limited direct contact with clients and no authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.

Requirements
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience and has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market.
  • Have proven track record of sales and management within a B2B environment.
  • Have success in achieving high-level targets for overall business portfolio
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels essential. Passion for results, target driven and great feet on street experience.
