CCNA, SIP, RHCSA certification preferred
Knowledge/skills
In-depth knowledge on voice and voice related services.
Good Understanding on SS7, SIGTRAN and IP protocols.
Excellent knowledge on VOIP servers such as SBC s, Voice Gateways, Policy Server, Billing server, Route server and others.
Good understanding of Basics of LTE.
In-depth understanding of IMS platform.
In-depth understanding of various IMS call flows are mandatory.
In-depth understanding of SIP. SSCA certification is advantageous.
Good understanding of Diameter protocol and routing.
Necessary platform understanding of IMS core (Knowledge on Metaswitch and Sonus products are preferred).
Good understanding about networking and related concepts.
Knowledge on DNS required.
Good understanding about MNO, MVNO, MVNE and Mobile Roaming cases are important.
Linux administration skills are mandatory. RHCA certification is preferred.
Experience in Operation and maintenance of IMS core required.
Understanding about Voice and IMS KPI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Operate in 24X7X365.
Daily ticket analysis.
Troubleshooting L3 tickets and issues for voice and IMS.
Coordinate directly with stakeholders to get the ticket resolved.
Platform upgradation (Software upgrades) to be performed regularly based on Engineering recommendation.
Analysis of Voice KPI s and corresponding action to improve KPI.
Prepare and maintain the tracker of the major issues.
Ensure Platform NER.
Escalation handling and continuous follow up with cross function teams and vendors.
Maintain the assigned KPIs to achieve the service levels.
Maintain the Knowledge base of critical problems solved

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
