Engineer - Global IP and Ethernet Engineering

Responsible for driving day to day capacity planning operations.

This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Responsibilities Conducting Customer Circuit Configuration, Testing & Migrations
Scheduling, booking planned outages and conducting network & customer change activities, network upgrades & re-routes.
Provide inputs on escalated planning-related network issues.
Prepare the capacity guidance report to serve as input for capacity planning.
Coordination with Planning and Field Support teams for the capacity delivery Desired Skill sets Experience in NOC/Provisioning/Network order management/ Testing
Basic knowledge on Provisioning in Telecom network
