Job Description
Revenue analysis, cost analysis, review of monthly Profit and Loss account and compare with the budget,
Preparation of monthly Finance MIS
Preparation of data (mainly financials) for the senior leaders in the organization
Interaction with the various team members like operation teams / sales team / finance team in day to day activities etc.
MIS reporting and Analysis month on month
PL Forecast and Analysis
Budget preparation
Responsible for driving the reporting and consolidation process including all daily, weekly, monthly periodic reporting and review deck preparation
Supporting team on the various cost take out initiatives.
Set up key KPI measurement for functions and assessments for same
Implementing improved processes, systems and analytical tools to improve the quality of forecasts, budget and analysis.
Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analysis that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
Prepare quick and accurate ad-hoc reports depending on specific business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
Build partnerships across functions
Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations
Provide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trends.
1-3 years of experience in business finance domain including experience in analytics, dashboard creation and it s presentation for senior management team
CA, MBA or master s in finance background would be a plus
Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel. VBA Macros knowledge would be an advantage
Somebody who has worked in FPA role and financials reporting
Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to drive outcomes through a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; require excellent time management skills
Strong analytical and organization skills and willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication
