Manager - Data Analyst - Housing - Internal Audit

Responsible for organizing, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data. Oversee and improve processes related to data collection, validation, and extraction.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of the Risk Based Internal Audit Plan.
Collecting and interpreting data.
Analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
Analyzing patterns and trends in data sets.
Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize.
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.
Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
Working closely with the Audit team to prioritize business and information needs.
Assisting with preparation of documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other mainstream analytics software.
Identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations.
Draft internal Audit reports and communicate effectively to management
Assist in timely completion of internal audits as per the defined process / methodology
Provide audit administration support
Assist in preparation for Pre-Audit Committee and Audit Committee meetings
Adhere to quality initiative within the department, maintaining a solid Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP)
Compliance with International Professional Practice framework & standards

Qualification: BE / B.Tech./ Bachelor of Science /Masters/Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM/Master of Information Technology
Certifications: Desired Skills-SQL, R, Python, Database 4.
