Job Purpose
To conceptualize and lead initiatives by engaging with channel partners so as to generate qualitative leads.
Responsibilities
Key Objective of the Job:
Driving Insurance Penetration across all channels
HFC compliance related to Insurance business with the regulator w.
r.
t Filing, Reporting, MIS
Reconciliation of business and Fee Income with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring training and SP certification across all channels & locations
Managing governance and reconciliation of the business with Insurance Partners & Vendors
Driving awareness & educating stakeholders w.
r.
t to Insurance guidelines, product, policies etc
Automation Projects w.
r.
t to key business processes, reporting, dashboards etc
Driving Cross-sell opportunity Insurance Products
Major Deliverables:
a.
Driving Insurance Penetration across all channels
b.
HFC compliance related to Insurance business with the regulator w.
r.
t Filing, Reporting, MIS
c.
Reconciliation of business and Fee Income with internal and external stakeholders
d.
Ensuring training and SP certification across all channels & locations
