Role & responsibilities

Resource allocation for QA Dept

Maintain QA manpower as per approval

Drive Kaizen/ Layer process audit /QC circle in dept.

Responsible to maintain customer PPM as per target

Responsible to maintain Inhoue PPM as per target

Responsible to maintain Supplier PPM as per target

Responsible to maintain Interplant PPM as per target

Responsible to maintain COPQ as per target

Driving improvement across the plant to meet the Quality KPI

Submit the G8D report to customer and maintain customer satisfaction

Ensure quick resolution of all customer complaint and response to customer

Maintain IATF 16949 procedure inside plant Drive VAVE /Cost saving projects within Dept

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/ Electrical

Experience - min 14
