Senior Manager - Health Claims

TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited is looking for Senior Manager - Health Claims to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

1. Investigating claims: The Claims professional must investigate insurance claims to determine their validity and accuracy, and to gather information that will help to determine the amount of coverage to be paid out.
2. Analyzing policy information: The Claims professional must review policy information and interpret policy language to determine the scope of coverage for each claim.
3. Documenting claims: The Claims professional must maintain accurate and complete records of all claims, including claim information, correspondence with policyholders and other parties, and payment history.

Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
