Key Contributions

Manage the product development life cycle from idea to launch

Suggest ideas for new products for Tata AIA Life

Develop product specifications for pricing and operational development of the product

Liaise with Actuarial, U/W, FA and LC teams for product finalization

Prepare the product filing documents for IRDA submission

Represent the DII team in the PIC and handle the implementation of the product up to launch

Pre and post launch approval process

Prepare pre and post launch product documents as decided by the Product Council

Liaise with other stakeholders for information or data required for the same

Product related approvals/ testing

Responsible for approvals on product related collaterals, training materials, SIS and any other marketing or Operational requirement

Market mapping of products

Mapping the new or existing products against and taking feedback from

• Customers
• Distribution

Product Marketing

Work on tools sales stories to promote products
