HR Internships - TATA Aerospace and Defence

We are looking for an HR interns who can join us immediately. This is not a paid internship and only for 3 months. This role is to perform various HR tasks and support our HR departments daily activities by supporting the department head.

Must join immediately.

Eligibility : Students who are currently pursuing MBA are only eligible to apply . Students who have already passed out in 2024 are not eligible to apply .

BBA / MBA - 2025 Batch are eligible to apply

2024 Batch is not eligible for this role .

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential candidates and coordinating the interviews

Job Posting: Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards to attract qualified candidates.

Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

BHR Role : Supports Business HR activities , onboarding , HR Documentation , Training and Development , Performance Management Systems , Supporting Payroll, Employee Engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in MBA / PGDM are eligible to apply

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn and other job posting platforms.

Attributes: A proactive and eager learner with a passion for HR and a positive attitude.
