Job Description

Provide technical inputs on the subject matter in the field of behaviour change/behavioural
Support project planning, project management, preparation of reports/deliverables/outputs, and monitoring
Support in business development and growth activities in terms of developing proposals/concepts.
Work closely to design and implement programmes that create social impact
Effectively position the organization as the preferred partner of the clients and donors. Liaise and maintain
Represent the organization at various forums including at lectures, conferences, workshops, bid meetings,
Support in partnership building with Clients, Donors, NGOs, Technical Organization, Collectives, etc.
Lead in knowledge management through stories, blogs, articles in newspapers/journals, reports etc.
Develop innovative concept, position papers, and terms of references related to operation
Self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modelling
Keep up to date with the work of all the project teams, as well as the organization as a whole, to provide
timely information to senior Taru staff.
Aligning work style with established work culture and leadership team.
Any other related activities, as assigned.
Postgraduate in Behaviour Science and/or Development Communication from reputed institutes
In-depth knowledge of Development Communication and Behaviour Change tools/theories
Minimum 5-6 years experience especially with national, international, and corporate organizations.
Ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan, and execute ideas.
Proven capacity to develop funding proposals, work plans, budgets etc.
Proven skills in project management, quality assurance, leadership, management, advisory skills.
High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting
deadlines. Problem solving attitude. Experience of managing teams and logistics
Excellent networking and partnership building skills
Excellent analytical, and knowledge management skills including writing and presentation skills
Excellent fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages would be added advantage. Should be able
to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.
