Trainee Engineer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• As a Trainee Engineer, you will undergo training in the Production and Quality departments.
• Learn and assist in various aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, machine operations, and quality control.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand and implement best practices in manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Support day-to-day operational activities, including monitoring production, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining production schedules.
• Gain hands-on experience with machinery, equipment, and technology used in the steel manufacturing industry.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for product quality and safety protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues, under the guidance of senior engineers.

Qualification:

• BE in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of experience.
• Smart, flexible, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
• Reasonably good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to new challenges.
• Candidates from any location other than Pune District are encouraged to apply. Candidates from Odisha will be preferred.
