Backend Tech Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled .NET Technical Lead with strong debugging and problem-solving abilities, as well as experience in Azure. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in .NET technologies, including Entity Framework and cloud solutions, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.

Provide architectural guidance and best practices for .NET development, including the use of Entity Framework and cloud technologies like Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong debugging and reasoning skills.

Team Management:

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.

Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and facilitate team collaboration.

Development & Maintenance:

Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.

Utilize Entity Framework for data access and management.

Implement and manage cloud solutions (particularly Azure) for application deployment and scalability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in .NET development.

2+ years in a technical lead or supervisory role.

2+ years experience in Azure

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and cloud technologies (Azure).

Strong understanding of database management and experience with SQL Server.

Experience with RESTful APIs

Experience with frontend technologies is an added advantage

Must have :
