Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with Micrsoft technology background with 10 to 14 years.

Should be familiar with M365 stack (O365, Power Platform, Sharepoint etc).  

Looking for a candidate with good perspective and maturity to handle customer conversations and a seasoned personality to handle conflict both internal and external. 

Excellent Communication skills are required. 

Minimum Expectations: 

Candidate should have experience of 10 to 14 year in software domain.

Technical education in computer applications.

Should have 6+ years of experience in project coordination.

Techno-functional role with application and project management perspective.

Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Good communication skill verbal & written.

Role & responsibilities

Scope of work:

Application Readiness:

Take the lead on Application assessment supporting the Technical Programme Manager (TPM)

Capture core business requirements from the design phase

Engage the product owners to capture key information and plan, with them, the hyper care, support and      SLAs

Identify any impact and implication of using the applications in India (check regional license vs.      global)

Support the TPM on the day-to-day tasks and build a regular cadence to ensure progress updates      and support forums are engaged

Support management for the Project Plan

Support in identification of user persona

Support identification of access management process

Test Management:

Lead the UAT plan design and execution

Identify, working closely with the workstream leads, the test criteria and pool of test team from the      business and support functions

Lead system and UAT in current and new facility

Capture impediments and create action plans to remediate

Release Management:

Support the TPM with designing the release plan to support onboarding

Work closely with the Digital Workplace leads to ensure smooth hand-over

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure a robust support model is in place

Hypercare

Understanding of Application and coordinate with support teams post Go-Live

Coordinate application access provisioning

Driving End-to-End escalation for application

Own End-to-End accountability for smooth operations during Hypercare.
