HVAC AGM

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Designs review, Planning, co-ordination of HVAC services with consultant, Architect & Structure Consultant.
• Provide the planning input to consultant.
• Review the DBR, finalize that and coordination with consultants and Architects for Detail design and Drawings.
• Provide strategic design inputs and clarifications and suggest changes/modification in the HVAC drawings for preparing GFC.
• Lead and supervise the HVAC activities and works closely with design consultants to integrate Electrical and PHE concepts suitable for the project.
• Preparing of HVAC Budget for the project and measuring budget variance (Budget V/s Actual) ensuring efficiency in cost management.
• Ensuring adherence to HVAC designs & drawings and other applicable government statutory regulation.
• Knowledge of NBC, ECBC, ASHRAE Standard, SMACNA standard and Local state Authority norms.
• Knowledge of HVAC system: Chillers, Chilled water network, AHU, Different Indoor unit options, VRF/DX system, Duct work, Pressurization System and air side equipment.
• Knowledge about new technology in the HVAC Field.
• Integration of HVAC system with Fire alarm.
• Coordination with approval/Lesioning team and provide technical support.
• Coordination with the BIM consultant, to resolve the concerned issues and issue GFC.
• Coordination with Contract/Procurement team and resolve the quarries raised by Vendors.
• Review of tender, BOQ, Technical specifications and finalizing.
• Monitoring of Execution work in coordination with site execution team.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• BE Or B. Tech from Premier Engineering College in India or Abroad in Mechanical Branch.
• Work experience of at least 10-12 years in Design.
• Strong sense of team work.
• Collaborating for success & effective influencing.
• Excellent coordination skill & ability to work under pressure.
