Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our customer journey analytics within the Adobe Experience Platform, providing insights that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Management:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Ensure data integration from various sources into AEP, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain customer journey maps, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
• Analytics and Insights:
• Analyse customer data to provide insights into customer behaviours, preferences, and trends.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports in CJA to visualize customer journey data.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of customer journey initiatives.
• Optimization:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize customer touchpoints.
• Provide recommendations for improving customer experiences based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of changes on customer journeys.
• Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of AEP and CJA.
• Train and support team members in using AEP and CJA tools effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in customer journey analytics and Adobe Experience Platform.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing AEP and CJA solutions.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.
• Experience with data management platforms (DMP) and customer data platforms (CDP).
