Requirement Engineer Autosar

Role & responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Analyze, document, and manage stakeholder requirements for automotive projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Requirements Traceability: Establish and maintain traceability matrices, generate metrics reports, and ensure compliance with ASPICE processes and best practices.
• Baseline Definition: Define project baselines and maintain the requirements repository in adherence to configuration management rules.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate closely with Magna counterparts and other stakeholders to handle requirements efficiently and resolve queries.
• Process Adherence: Implement and uphold requirements engineering processes, ensuring alignment with the V-model development process and ASPICE standards.
• Technical Support: Provide expertise in areas such as communication protocols, bootloader development, cybersecurity, diagnostics, and functional safety.
• Problem Solving: Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve processes.
• Tool Utilization: Use tools like Windchill to manage and maintain requirements effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the automotive domain, with a focus on AUTOSAR.
• Domain Knowledge: Proficiency in software development processes (V-model) and a solid understanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with:
• Communication protocols
• Bootloader
• Cybersecurity
• Diagnostics
• Functional Safety
• ASPICE Processes: Thorough knowledge of ASPICE processes and base practices.

Required Skills:

• Requirement Engineering: Proven ability to perform requirements analysis, traceability, and repository maintenance.
• Technical Writing: Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Tools Expertise: Proficient in tools like Windchill for requirements management.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and resolving complex problems.

Preferred Skills:
