Job Description:

- Own the P&L for the city.

- Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output.

- Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs.

- Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality.

Requirements:

1. You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record.

2. Bachelor's/master's degree.

3. Comfortable in handling large teams.

4. Strong work ethic and communication skills.

5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

6. Multilingual is a bonus.

- Category P&L ownership for the city.

- Candidate should be from startup whether grown up or can be from renowned companies like Flipkart or Amazon or similar to these ecommerce companies.
