About Park+ :
Park+ is a mobile application based platform which aims to plug all pain points around car ownership for consumers and corporations alike. It has up to 12 competent features, and more in development for its consumers, and is on a roadmap to digitise parking for Corporates, Malls and Apartment complexes across the country. Our illustrious corporate clientbase includes Worldmark (Aerocity), Amazon, CRED, Airtel, Select City walk etc. The company's prominent journey and distinguished future is greatly pioneered by our founder Mr Amit Lakhotia, an IIM-A alumnus, who has previously held leadership roles in multiple unicorns like PayTM, MakeMyTrip and Tokopedia.
We have recently acquired $35M worth of funds in our second round of funding, backed by prominent marquee investors like that of Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as with seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (Bookmyshow), Deep Kalra (Makemytrip), Kunal Shah (Cred), Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal (Snapdeal).

Role & Responsibilities :
- Technical Guidance : You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.
- Execution and Delivery : You will be expected to instill and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.
- Team management : You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having a constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear, and actionable feedback about performance.
Ideal Candidate :
Technical depth :
- You have the strong technical competence required to gain credibility.
- Ability to architect, design and code yourself.
- Technical experience in building and operating web-based applications.
- Deep understanding of all layers of the web-stack work (from the client interface to the database.)
- Knowledge of multiple technology stacks/languages/tools and their pros/cons.
Execution ability :
- Focus on delivering products in a timely manner with high quality.
- Familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools, and the proven ability to adapt, champion and institute good practices and tools.
- You must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency and fundamentals of computer-science.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
- Strong hands-on technology experience building and running large-scale systems.
- Be a very hands-on manager by involving in coding, code reviews, design and architecture reviews.
- 6+ years of previous software industry experience.
- 2+ years of dedicated Engineering management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive the roadmap execution across different geographies, product and functional teams.
- Experience crafting products powered by data and insights, instrumentation, experimentation, and metrics-driven success criteria.
- Deep understanding of building cloud native aps on either AWS / Azure or GCP.
