Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented IMOS Designer with expertise in building and configuring design libraries to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer interaction skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This role will involve collaborating with clients, project managers, and internal teams to create innovative and functional designs using IMOS software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development:
• Create, configure, and maintain IMOS design libraries to meet project and client requirements.
• Design and produce high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, or interior design projects.
• Library Management:
• Build, update, and optimize IMOS libraries for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure libraries are aligned with the latest design trends, materials, and client specifications.
• Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
• Present design concepts and address feedback to refine solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on IMOS-related features and design options.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to incorporate accurate material and component specifications into designs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure precision, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design or configuration issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in IMOS CAD/CAM software, with experience in building and managing design libraries.
• Familiarity with other design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus.
• Design Skills:
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality in design.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to translate client ideas into actionable designs.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design or technical challenges.
• Experience:
• A minimum of [X] years of experience in IMOS design, with a focus on library configuration and customization.
• Background in interior design, furniture design, or a related field is preferred.
