Job Description

We are seeking a talented Associate Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for data cleansing, data processing, and converting complex data into a human-readable format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Cleansing: Identify and rectify data quality issues, including inconsistencies, missing values, and outliers.

• Data Processing: Transform raw data into a structured format suitable for analysis and reporting.

• Data Transformation: Convert complex data into a user-friendly format, such as visualizations or reports.

• Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes.

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Python and other relevant tools.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language, including Pandas and NumPy libraries.

• Experience with data warehousing and data lakes.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Familiarity with any data processing frameworks.

• Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience with machine learning and AI concepts
