Job description
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products or services
- Your role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Act as the main point of contact and establish trust to understand their business goals and challenges
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs
Account Planning:
- Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products or services with client objectives
Product/Service Presentation:
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Provide training and support to clients as needed
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Sales Growth:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts
- Work closely with the sales team to explore new revenue streams
Contract Renewals:
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership
- Monitor contract compliance and address any discrepancies
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics
- Utilize analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services
- Implement changes based on client input to enhance customer satisfaction
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships as a data analyst needs to source data & information from various systems and people.
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and to juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Systematic approach to the collection, collation and presentation of information.
- High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence.
- Flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
