Job Description:

Designation: Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the data science and BI team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Deliver on pricing Annual Operating plan through surfacing insights to improve margins and revenue.

- Build and maintain generative pricing recommendations and insights based on vast datasets and market dynamics using advanced algorithms and machine learning models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify data-driven solutions.

- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.

- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

- Conduct thorough data quality assessments and implement measures to address any discrepancies or anomalies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Generative AI and data analytics and apply them to enhance our data capabilities.

- Strong project management skills.

- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other channels.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in data handling and analysis.

- Undertaking business development as well as implementation in private sector food processing/agribusiness or related consulting/advisory services.

- Co-ordination with cross-functional teams and tech teams for developing and delivering holistic solutions for clients.

- Develop concept notes, reports, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of proven experience in data science and analysis with a focus on generating actionable insights.

- Entrepreneurial and a start-up mindset.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.

- Experience with Generative AI concepts.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
