Manager/Associate Director - Chartered Accountant (8-10 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Manager and an Associate Director to join our Finance team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates will be Chartered Accountants (CA) with extensive experience in finance and accounting management, bringing expertise in financial reporting, audits, compliance, and strategic financial planning. As key members of the finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

1) For Manager (5-8 years of experience):

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing insights to support decision-making.

- Compliance & Audits: Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy within the team.

2) For Associate Director (8-10 years of experience):

- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead strategic financial planning initiatives, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives and advising senior management on financial matters.

- Financial Controls & Compliance: Develop and implement strong financial controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights to support business growth.

- Project Management: Oversee finance-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, establishing a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

Experience:

A) Manager: 5-8 years in a finance/accounting role, with experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

B) Associate Director: 8-10 years in a senior finance/accounting role, with proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in finance and accounting.
