Job Description:
- We are seeking ambitious, data-savvy Client Partners, Business Development professionals, Lead Hunters, and Pre-Sales professionals to join our growing Sales team.
- Our Hunter role will feel like riding a roller coaster in the fast-paced sales funnel process, where you will wear multiple hats, such as hunting inbound and outbound leads, to generate revenue and increase our client base.
- Though it comes with challenges, that's where the thrill! We want someone who loves the dynamic world of e-commerce, wakes up every morning excited to interact with clients, and is not shy about picking up the phone for a chat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell Smart, Sell Well - Serve brands by growing their business cross borders - Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, customer demos, developing quotes and proposals along with negotiations for closures as per targets.
- Present proposals to clients and engage in negotiations to secure deals.
- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
- Tracking - Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Networking - Building rapport & gather referrals from existing clients.
- Stakeholder Management - Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning & Reporting - Developing a growth strategy with quarterly and monthly plans.
You're the perfect candidate for this role if you:
- You have 1-2 years of experience driving revenue growth, showcasing your ability to generate significant results.
- An MBA from a premier Indian business school, such as IIM or ISB, equips you with a strong foundation in business principles.
- Your background includes experience working with FMCG brands, and familiarity with e-commerce, channel, and distribution sales are highly preferred.
- You have a proven track record in partnering with large brands, effectively identifying and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders status.
