About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Associate Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing revenue streams, crafting engaging promotional strategies, and ensuring sustainable growth. You'll work across teams to create data-backed strategies that enhance player engagement and maximize revenue
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimization:
- Analyze game performance, transaction data, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs to enhance player retention and maximize revenue.
Monetization Strategy:
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design engaging offers, tournaments, and events for players.
- Optimize conversion funnels for deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay participation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor key revenue KPIs and player churn rates.
- Prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance reports to support business decision-making.
Player Insights:
- Conduct segmentation analysis to understand player behaviors and preferences.
- Leverage insights to recommend personalized offers, improving player satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovations in real-money gaming.
- Identify emerging opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in revenue management, analytics, or monetization, preferably in real-money gaming, e-commerce, or digital entertainment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with A/B testing and financial modeling.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
- Passion for gaming, with an understanding of real-money gaming dynamics and player psychology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real-money gaming or consumer tech industry.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and CRM tools.
