Role and Purpose:
- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager - Business Reporting to lead and manage our reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights that drive business decisions.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated MBA graduate with exceptional organizational skills, people management capabilities, and a strong foundation in database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive business reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align reporting outputs with business objectives.
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of data collection, storage, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Lead a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and innovation.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
- Manage databases, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and scalability for future needs.
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance decision-making.
Desired Profile:
- MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
- 1-3 years in business reporting, analytics, or a related field (fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven people management skills including managing and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
