Product Designer (2-10 yrs)

What you'll do :

- Lead the visual and experience design for our games (Card and casual games) and its platform. Bring and influence positive change/impact on the ways our players use our products

- Create exceptional visual designs, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build strategic and impactful design roadmaps that result in Business outcomes while delivering a fun and delightful experience.

- Constantly measure the product metrics and strive towards informed iterations to enhance user experience and overall product quality

- Collaborate, critique with Product Designers in the team on various aspects of product and constantly solve the underlying root causes of customer pain points

What we look out for :

- Minimum 2 years of experience with recent experience in full stack design on consumer facing gaming products

- A portfolio showcasing your visual design skills with meticulous and well thought out problems solved out using UX/UI principles

- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Comfort with uncertainty and ability to roll up their sleeves to get things done

- High agency and experience working with multiple teams to get things done

- Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on team development and empowerment
