Manager - Business Development - Base Building & Construction (6-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- He should have good experience in construction management field with business development portfolio.

- He should have experience in executing commercial / residential projects.

- He should have seen / worked at least 2 construction projects from concept to completion stages.

- Good interaction with developers, consultants and other project stakeholders.

- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, negotiation skills.

- Good connection with the other market players, corporate clients, consultants, etc.

- Preferably worked with other IPC's.

- Willing to extensively travel for the business development related works (within MMRDA or outside area).

Qualification- BE Civil / MBA
