Solution Architect - Business Intelligence (10-15 yrs)

About the Role :

Talentas Technology is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions Architect to join our team.

This role demands extensive expertise in designing, developing, and managing data solutions, along with advanced Power BI reporting to deliver comprehensive business intelligence solutions.

Working Hours : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Develop and manage tabular data models in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).

- Design and implement efficient database structures, including tables, relationships, hierarchies, calculated columns, and measures.

Data Lake & Data Warehouse Expertise :

- Architect and implement data solutions leveraging Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies, particularly Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Build and manage data pipelines using Synapse to support ETL/ELT processes.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferable but not mandatory.

Power BI Reporting :

- Create and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Integrate data from multiple sources to design comprehensive business intelligence solutions.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain thorough and precise documentation for all data solutions and processes.

Key Result Areas :

- Deliver end-to-end data solutions that meet business intelligence and analytics requirements.

- Ensure efficient design, development, and deployment of tabular models and data pipelines.

- Produce insightful, user-friendly Power BI dashboards that enhance decision-making.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate technical documentation for all developed solutions.

- Ensure minimal downtime and high availability for data and reporting systems.

Required Skillsets : 10+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence solutions.

Proficiency in :

- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

- Azure Synapse Analytics

- Data modeling and database structure design

- ETL/ELT pipeline management

- Advanced expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.

- Strong understanding of data integration from multiple sources.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (optional but advantageous)
