Key skills for the job
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SD, including ECC versions or S/4 HANA.
- Should have very good understanding of all components in the Order to Cash process.
- Well-versed with all the configurations related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, delivery, billing, and rebates.
- Should have worked on multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements gathering to Production deployment.
- Should have worked on at least one End-to-End implementation project.
- Expert analytical skills with problem identification and resolving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaison with all stakeholders.
- Team player with effective coordination with other employees.
- Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.
Desired Skills:
- Implementation at a large distributor/manufacturer.
- Pharma/Healthcare distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand ABAP code and be conversant in debugging.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the revenue team, lead various initiatives and be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of IS Applications supporting Order to Cash, Rebates and related business functions.
- Build relationships, and work closely with business users and IS stakeholders to define business processes, roadmaps, priorities and execute projects in SAP to achieve business goals.
- Own delivery of a project and drive the project to closure with little or no supervision and follow-ups from business or IS supervisors.
- Provides support for SAP Sales & Distribution and related interfaces or modules.
- Monitor the health of the system and resolve any system or transaction-related errors.
- Learn and gain expertise in Medline business processes, map out process flows, and identify areas for improvement with process change or system improvements.
- Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
- To provide feedback to the Development and Functional teams to ensure the work is carried out according to the schedule and the quality requirements.
- To provide regular verbal communication and clear written documentation on all assignments.
- To provide estimates and feedback to the software development manager for project scheduling purposes.
Educational Qualification: BE, B TECH or MBA with major in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute.
